Our company is strongly committed to sustainability and pursues numerous initiatives to assume ecological responsibility. We source local and seasonal organic products to reduce transportation distances. We support agriculture by purchasing sustainably grown ingredients. Our ongoing commitment to sourcing organically controlled food enables us to steadily increase the proportion of sustainable products.
We also use reusable systems, such as VYTAL, to reduce packaging waste and support our 2030 climate targets. Our commitment is evident at every stage of our supply chain.
We work with a network of regional suppliers – and plan our dishes according to the season.
Food is produced in such a way that planetary boundaries are not exceeded. Good for us & the environment.
