The special energy kick in the Network Café: fresh nut butter from our Supernutural mill. Fresh nut butter offers rich nutrients, a natural taste and no additives – a healthy and delicious energy boost for your diet.
Mehr zu SupernuturalOur coffee impresses with its taste and the Fair & Direct Trade process, which guarantees fair working conditions and above-average pay. The slow drum roasting process gently releases the aromas, making the coffee easier to digest and less bitter. Martermühle’s aluminum-free packaging saves 770 aluminum packages per year in the casino. Enjoy excellent coffee and support sustainable practices.
Our baristas prepare the coffee for you using a professional portafilter machine. Coffee is a science: the degree of grinding, temperature, water pressure, etc. must be coordinated.
It’s the bean that counts! We use different qualities and roasting stages for our coffee: 80% Arabica and 20% low-acid Robusta from Brazil, India and Colombia are the secret of our Network Cafés coffee.
For our coffee specialties with milk, we use milk with the highest quality level A2. The pasture milk comes from the LIDLS farm in the region. We of course offer plant-based alternatives as well. Find out more below!
We love transparency and openness. That’s why Martermühle has been part of the Dussmann family in Bavaria for a long time. They share their expertise with our baristas and service staff in regular training sessions and tastings. But that’s not all: on their blog, they share their knowledge with all consumers in a very transparent way.
To the Martermühle BlogWhy does our coffee taste so good? We get our milk from a Bavarian family business in the region: LIDLS Hof. The fresh A2 pasture milk for our coffee is delivered to us in classic milk churns. We can even trace which cow the milk in the jug comes from.
